Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is 7 days. After 7 days from the delivered purchase, unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be requested.

To make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some personal hygiene and health items

To make a return, please provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

EXCHANGES (where applicable)

Our product exchange policy is designed to provide customers with full security regarding the products purchased from our store. Free products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer exchanges for products that were different from what was ordered. If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below to make an exchange:

Notify our team about the issue via our email uranos.suporte@gmail.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 3 days of receiving it. Please note, we will not process exchanges or reimbursements after this period. Your complaint will be reviewed within 2 business days, and if the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
  • Receive a product of similar value.
  • Receive a coupon for the product value to use on future purchases.

We will not exchange products for an incorrect size:

We provide the measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors when selecting the size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to exchange products due to the consumer's regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right granted to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to make exchanges only in the case of defective products.

GIFTS

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift voucher by mail once we have received the returned product.

If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who gifted it sent the product to themselves to deliver it in person, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. They will be notified that you requested the return.

REFUNDS (where applicable)

Once the return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. We will issue the credit automatically to your credit card or payment method within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (where applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. SALE ITEMS (where applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the returned product to reach us may vary.

If you are sending a product worth over R$ 300.00, consider using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned product.
